Lamel: Extended-Lasting Kajal Eyeliner (Shade 404, 1.7g)

An intensely pigmented, smudge-proof kajal pencil for smoky eye effects, tightlining, and bold eyeliner looks. Depending on Lamel’s numbering scheme, shade 404 is probably either a traditional deep black or a dark, striking hue (such as charcoal, espresso, or navy).
